Workshop: Self-Love and Sexual Communication by Cheryl Cohen Greene

Workshop: Self-Love and Sexual Communication

A No BS sexual empowerment workshop for women. Learn how to reconnect with your true desires, communicate your needs with confidence and understand your anatomy in a new workshop from noted clinical sexologist Cheryl Cohen Greene.

Women, we’ve been through far too much to still be having sex we’re not present for.

The secret to enjoying yourself can't be found in the latest trendy position or toy...although those are fun...

...the secret to enjoying yourself during sex lies in your ability to confidently articulate exactly what your body (and mind) needs.

Learn how to reconnect with your desires, communicate your needs and understand your female anatomy in my new workshop:
Self-Love and Sexual Communication

Guess what? Women *still* aren't having enough orgasms.

It's gotten to a point where they even have a name for it: "The Orgasm Gap."

Study after study after study has been done to figure out why women, particularly heterosexual women, report having orgasms at such a significantly lower rate than men.

The truth is, we all need some help making our desires and needs met through better sexual communication, relaxation and touch.

Women in particular have just been explicitly socialized not to even talk about their sexuality.

This makes communicating our needs in the bedroom a bit more difficult, don't you think?

Introducing...Self-Love and Sexual Communication, a brand new workshop from Cheryl Cohen Greene

In my latest online workshop, join me and learn:
  • The real reason you're "checking out" during sex (and how to check in with yourself)
  • The science behind a female orgasm, a.k.a. the "no BS" sex ed you never got in school
  • Realistic strategies for talking to your partner about sexual topics and have a candid conversation
I'll also give you the inside scoop on two sexual intimacy exercises you can start right away — both alone and with a partner.
